We provide “Inspection Rules” to examine the quality of all client’s projects before we give

the solution. The Inspection Rules are separated to 4 sections as;

 

Section 1 : Quality Control; to provide confidence in the data collected in field and in

data processing

Section 2 : Context Control; to carry out the whole process to reach the client’s objectives

 

Section 3 : Budget Control; to balance and economize client’s

budget that can  reach client’s satisfaction

Section 4 : Timing Control; to manage exact timing in each step to maintain

client’s schedule

Section 1 : Quality Control

We believe that we have one of the best quality  control programs  to examine  quality  of  our  fieldwork  team.  First of all,  our staff  have experience in field management,  supervision,  data processing  and  training from the international research companies.  This leads to the

design  of  our quality  control  program called  “ Walking 4 ”  by Following :

Step 1 : 100% control of all interviews in the consistency process of interview by supervisors 

Step 2 : At least 20% of questionnaires are witnessed and examined by Q.C. team at the interview

Step 3 : More than 35% of questionnaires are back- checked by an independent Q.C. team.

Step 4 : 100% of questionnaires will be edited and clean by the data processing team

Section 2 : Context Control

Process 1 : Brief and Planning 

All the process and materials as objective, methodology, special materials, schedule and budget etc. will be clear to ensure the project requirement.

Process 2 : Fieldwork Management

In this process, we use  “ Walking 4 “  in Quality program to control

the quality.

Process 3 : Gathering Supporting Data

In some cases, secondary data may be acquired to enhance the research

findings in the analysis.

Process 4 : Edit and Coding

All complete questionnaires are to be clean by a team of staff in the

process of editing and coding before further analysis in the Data

Processing.

Process 5 :  Data Processing

Collected data will be analyzed with an advanced computer program to meet the requirements and objectives of the research project.

Process 6 :  Analysis and Presentation

Research findings will be presented in chart form with commentary and explanation of each topic in the research objectives.   Key findings will be raised for attention of the project.  Conclusion and recommendations will  be proposed for further action.

Section 3 : Budget Control

We would like to present the new research budget that you can compare with the others. The budget will be set in economic program that reaches the top quality of the project or the solutions.  We will adjust to match your budget requirements.  Project fees will not increase without prior agreement.

Both qualitative and quantitative researches are designed to use by concentrate on the way to fit with the core purpose of clients.

First, we concern to reach the top quality of work, however we use economy program to control your  budget as mine.

Section 4 : Timing Control

Actually,  we have basic timing (schedule) to do each types of research. For quantitative research,  our schedule for each step of the work is :
